Chris
Chris Moriarty was born in 1968 and has lived in the United States, Europe, Southeast Asia and Latin America. Before becoming a full-time writer, Chris worked (though not necessarily in the following order) as a horse trainer, ranch hand, backcountry guide, freelance editor, truck stop waitress, and environmental lawyer. Chris, her spouse and their various and sundry large domestic animals currently split their time between Salt Lake City, Utah, and Lausanne, Switzerland. Chris is the author of hard sf novels Spin State (Bantam Spectra, 2003) and Spin Control (Bantam Spectra, 2006).
