Jenny is working at an archeological site in the Bermuda Triangle that is said to be the remains of Atlantis. She's not sure what to think of it, until unknown assailants come and murder everyone, leaving Jenny the last survivor. Connor and her partner Laura are enjoying a quiet vacation in California, and when an acquaintance is found dead, they suspect that the police are wrong to rule the death accidental. They follow the trail to England to a growing cult led by Sister Sonia, a woman rumored to have incredible healing powers. Through her own spiritual connections, Connor realizes that Sister Sonia is fiddling with ancient powers that could have severe repercussions. Jenny also has a part to play in the ensuing drama, one that reconnects her to ancient Atlantis and to the lover she once had. And there are other organizations that know about Sister Sonia's plans and are equally determined to seize the power for themselves.

With lots of mysticism and paranormal phenomena, The Eleventh Hour is a great thriller revisiting these familiar characters. Connor doesn't appear much throughout the story, but her growing posse does. This isn't as engrossing as previous titles in the series, but it's quite enjoyable and lively.
